Inconsistency is my Game

So I'm not sure I'll be on here everyday, but hey, life goes on.

I get to graduate from DBT soon! Probably in a month or so; I've been much more stable lately and am feeling like MAYbe I could get by day to day without sliding into an abyss like the one I found a year ago, and perHAPS am ready to go to the AfterCare group, which meets once a week as opposed to 3x's a week. We'll see. Last night was pretty rough, but I think I have to accept that just because I'm out of DBT doesn't mean my past problems won't still pop up periodically. You know how emotions are. Whenever you're feeling a certain way, it seems like that particular emotion is...I don't know...forever? So when I feel like crap, I have to SOMEhow remember that I wont' feel like crap forever, just for this moment/hour/day. But it's hard.

I'm going to WA in just over a week to visit Emily WOOHOO!!!!! Kristy is SO close and yet too far to see while I'm there which is a major bummer. I think I WILL get to see mountains (exciting for the Ohio farmland girl!) and see the Pacific ocean and--and--STUFF! And Emily! It will be nice to get to relax and hang out with one of my closest friends ever.

Oh, and fyi, I am a brand new mommy! Just over 2 weeks ago I went to the Animal Humane Society and picked out a kitty! She's four years old, and brown stripey. Her name is Jada Jones, some people call her Jada (Jay-dah) and some people call her Mrs. Jones, cuz she acts like an old lady sometimes. When I figure out how, I'm going to have pics of her in here for all to see.
