I think they usually us the "next blog" function. Not so sure why I don't just use that, but I find it pretty frustrating. Anyway, that's how I found your blog. I grew up in St. Paul, so that caught my attention.

For a solution to this good/bad rollercoaster, I've tried the blogging and journaling the less interesting or more private stuff. Often that's enough to help me figure out the actual problem. It's usually something someone has done that upset me, rather than just a chemical imbalance or whatever.

Unfortunately, being in a bad mood isn't a good time for me to deal with things like that, but I've started to do it anyway. Mixed outcomes. I'm starting to think waiting it out is maybe the best solution.

Exercise is good, but there's a reason it's called a "weak day," huh?

r3dR3dcurlzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04316508566341238336noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053796.post-1138247948580233922006-01-25T19:59:00.000-08:002006-01-25T19:59:00.000-08:00Journaling sounds like a great idea. Then when it is good you can do the same. When you need to balance one day against another you will have an accurate record of how it was on another day and you might even pick up on what might be triggers.
It could be worth a try.
Love you Jen, MAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053796.post-1138228105388131232006-01-25T14:28:00.000-08:002006-01-25T14:28:00.000-08:00It's hard...maybe make a list of blessings you can...It's hard...maybe make a list of blessings you can read when you get sad...or keep a happy journal to record sad times turned to good or call a friend to help you through it..love you! you can do it! shoes- onAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8053796.post-1138194799867953132006-01-25T05:13:00.000-08:002006-01-25T05:13:00.000-08:00Whoa, I'm totally there with you, chica.
