Thanksgiving Goodbyes

I'm going home for Thanksgiving! I'll leave tomorrow afternoon and get back on Sunday evening. I'm looking forward to seeing my family and having a long weekend. :)

I will be saying goodbye to my foster brother Elijah, though, as he goes on to another home, and that will be hard for everyone. Stuff like this is always difficult, and I can't say it gets easier with time to say goodbye to a munchkin you love. (Especially a munchkin that's lived with your family for over three years.) I mean, I never technically LIVED with him, but I've heard the stories and played with him and corrected him and watched him grow from a little boy barely able to walk into a burly kindergartner.

I'll try to get some pictures of the kids (Elijah with his brother Tony and sister Aallyah) and post them up here. Don't hold your breath, though, I have a hard time following through with promises to post pictures!
