Can we say, Sick of looking at that last post???? Yeah. :) I"m back. I just got sick of posting I think (as if I posted much before that).

So, a lot has happened since I was on here last:

I went to Florida with Katie to visit Grandma Sherry and Grandpa Ted. We had a ton of fun: we rode an air boat, traveled by bicycle, fished in mayfly storms (caught a ton of fish), chased lizards (well, mostly me), played dominoes, and sat around telling stories.

I went home to Ohio for Thanksgiving. It was great. The kids are crazy-loud and adorable as ever. 'Liya is talking up a storm and her shoe fetish makes us all laugh. Chris and I went on a date and I taught him about giving his elbow to a girl and opening and closing doors for her. He was embarrassed doing it, which was great fun for me! :) Elijah and I went to the park and played on Sunday; it was fun spending time alone with him.

My Great-Grandma Strader died on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 2:45pm EST. It's been harder for me than I expected...she was the matriarch of the family, and the glue that held so many people together. I'll have to find a picture of her and put it up here. She was a strong, brilliant woman who raised six kids, including my Grandma Sherry. She died at home with family all around. I was able to see her on Thursday and Friday, and she recognized me on Thursday, and said my name, which I'll remember forever. I don't know if I"ll be able to afford to fly home for the funeral. I"m going to check into that today.
